Our beautiful instruments would not exist without superbly made strings.   Combined with a great instrument, strings allow us to hear the character of sound produced.  To feel the responsiveness in the bow.  Strings allow the musician through trying different combinations of materials and tensions, to finely tune their instrument to produce the tone quality that best represents their soul as a performer.

With literally hundreds of string choices available today, it is nearly impossible for someone or some violin shop, to get to know every option out there.  Believe us, we’ve tried!
